SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

We ship our products PAN India. We also provide Cash on Delivery payment option**.  We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Welcome to our Return and Exchange Policy page. We strive to provide the best customer service and quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read through our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

RETURNS:

We do not accept any returns once the products are sold. 

EXCHANGES:

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for any item that is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization number. Exchanges without a valid exchange authorization number will not be accepted. Once we receive the exchanged item and confirm that it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will ship the replacement item.

Exchange Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
